Delivery & Collection

Every effort is made by our purchasing department to ensure that all items advertised for sale on the site are available for dispatch or collection within 72 hours from the order being placed.

We are currently charging a £5 flat rate for postage. Goods will be sent out by 2nd class post.

Collection is free of charge from our Plymouth store. You will receive confirmation when your order is ready to collect.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

We’re working together with our delivery partners to safely deliver products to store and home.


Returns have to be sent back within 28 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Alternatively please take your unwanted or faulty item(s) to our Plymouth store. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

If your item is unwanted and not faulty, please make sure that it is unused and in a sealable condition complete with its original packaging.

Please remember to bring/attach your receipt, invoice or order reference number with your return to help speed things up.

We will check the items to confirm they were purchased in the last 28 days.
