Every effort is made by our purchasing department to ensure that all items advertised for sale on the site are available for dispatch or collection within 72 hours from the order being placed.

Occasionally due to circumstances out of our control an item may not be immediately available. If this is the case then you will be promptly notified by email so that you can choose to wait or to cancel the order.

We reserve the right to cancel your order or purchase if we reasonably believe you do not meet the age restrictions for certain goods.

Delivery, Collection & Returns

We aim to ship all orders within 72 hours.

We are currently charging a £5 flat rate for postage. Goods will be sent out by 2nd class post.

Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

We’re working together with our delivery partners to safely deliver products to store and home. 

Collection ordered will be ready to collect within 72 hours from the order being placed. Please do not go to store until you receive your Ready for Collection email. Please check the store opening hours.

Returns

Returns have to be sent back within 28 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. Alternatively please take your unwanted or faulty item(s) to our Plymouth store. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

If your item is unwanted and not faulty, please make sure that it is unused and in a sealable condition complete with its original packaging.

Please remember to bring/attach your receipt, invoice or order reference number with your return to help speed things up.

We will check the items to confirm they were purchased in the last 28 days.

Tax Charges The prices quoted for items on this website including carriage INCLUDES V.A.T. at the rate applicable at the time for order in the U.K. and the E.U. For orders outside the E.U please contact us for prices.

Privacy Policy
The Tool Shed LTD do not disclose buyers information to ANY third party unless required to do so by Law. Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.

Orders placed by credit card through the website are done so through a certified secure section of the site. When the order is received it is printed to hard copy, processed, despatched and when we have confirmed despatch to you via the email address you have given we erase your credit card details so that they cannot be recovered even for use on your subsequent orders.
After the order has been completed your information is dormant and is NOT used to produce mailing lists etc unless you have specifically requested for us to send you up to date information when it is available
